Our office and inspection hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. We understand real estate contracts have strict contingency windows, so we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate buyers, agents, and sellers.

Although we are based centrally in Wallingford, CT, we travel throughout the entire state of Connecticut. Our service area covers all 8 counties: New Haven, Hartford, Fairfield, Middlesex, Litchfield, New London, Tolland, and Windham.

Most home inspections take approximately 2.5 to 4 hours on-site, depending on the property's square footage, age, overall condition, and whether additional testing (such as radon, mold, septic, or well flow) is included. We take whatever time is necessary to thoroughly evaluate the property without rushing.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage buyers to attend. Many clients prefer to join for the entire inspection, while others arrive for the final 45 to 60 minutes. During this time, our inspector provides a personal in-person walkthrough, pointing out key shut-off valves, explaining major systems, and discussing findings.
